Eagle Stone
Eagle Stone is two places at once, a quarry to slab factory in Ongole and a store in Vizag where that work finally becomes a choice.
Most stone houses do one or the other, and something is always lost in the handover. We own both ends of it: the block we open and the slab you stand in front of are the same piece of stone, handled by the same people.

The block

Before it is a surface it is a block — four tonnes of it, picked off a quarry face by people who have been reading stone for thirty years. They are not looking at the pattern. They are looking at what the pattern will become once it is opened.

Reinforcing
Vacuum sealing and epoxy infusion close the micro fissures, and make precise cutting possible.

Crafting
Robotic cutting with fibre backing, held to 18–20mm so the surface keeps its own strength.

Triple-layer protection
A formulated epoxy seeps into every crevice, reinforcing the slab from within rather than coating it.

Quality check
Repaired or rejected. Only what survives the floor is allowed to carry the name onto a truck.
